Imagine that there has always been a screen between your face and your surroundings, that you have never seen the face of your lover or looked at your own eyes in the mirror.

The future doesn’t look much different from today in INTERFACE, but every human head is shielded from the outside world by a reflective helmet. No one has ever seen a face. Everybody is a reflection, but not of themselves. Mobile phones and cameras function as eyes outside of this interface. In this world a young man struggles. His girlfriend left to look for a different way to live. There are rumours of places where people live without an interface; where lovers can look straight into each other’s eyes. When he leaves to look for this place, he slowly loses his grip of his senses. The border between reality, memory, desire and illusion slowly dissolves. Will he be able to find her and escape from his interface and the gaze of the cameras?
