'A Waking Dream of the Possible' is a 2 minute 'narrative videopoem' assembled from archival footage on the theme of water -- it's excess and deficit -- and the ecosystems that spring from it or collapse for lack of it. The videopoem adopts the viewpoint of one living in the present moment of climate change and looking back to his idyllic childhood (its innocence) to re-envision a future world restored to its proper balance.
