Sonia, Interlude is an experimental video combining animation, found photography and documentary methods. Narrated by a chronic pain sufferer, Sonia recounts the experience of undergoing complex surgery of her spine while reflecting upon its transformational influence. Sonia, Interlude is an elocution of endurance that reveals the privacy of suffering and magnifies how human circumstance forms the evolution of daily living.
