For our November Issue, we pay homage to modern-day scientists (past, present, and near future) and those who have left an impact for their bold, singular and oftentimes outsider perspectives of our world. Through these fifteen films, we observe the multifaceted work of scientists: inspiration, documentation, and discovery. But we especially learn the many ways a scientist merges a creative process with scientific rigor to break boundaries, challenge paradigms and propels the emergence of new fields and art/science forms.
