Revathi is an experimental filmmaker and entrepreneur from India and based in South Africa.  She is currently attending New York University Abu Dhabi as a member of the Class of 2026 where she intends to pursue Film & New Media.

In 2020, she founded a startup called EdiTech Production which is a social enterprise dedicated to marketing. EdiTech uses a portion of its funds to assist Non-Profit Organisations with video production and marketing. Through helping NPOs such as wildlife organisations, old age homes and various religious and educational institutions, she found greater joy and purpose in my passion for filmmaking.

For the past 5 years, she has been experimenting with the art of filmmaking and the arts in general. Her works - including poems, films and scripts for films - explore abstract ideas which have often prodded her thinking and inspired her to steer away from a conventional mode of storytelling.
