Wanderers, a nonlinear film focused on the way matter (and we, as a result) move magnetically and in pulsating or rhythmic ways. It casts an abstract and universal perspective on the dynamics of bodies, migration, and the ability to fly as a challenge to these laws. The film does this portraying the occupational therapy of German retirees who build scale replicas of passenger airplanes, the palpable sedentary lifestyle of these figures denotes a post-efficient system in which leisure time represents a superfluous or energy surplus.
