Virtual Brain with Oculus Rift
The Virtual Brain consist of a cortical surface reconstruction as well as diffusion MRI data from a participant in our lab. The user is moving through 3D space, and cycling through some of the visualization options. The pathway you are seeing in some of the video is the visual pathway: eyes - LGN - V1. As you know, we ultimately intend to deploy this in place of dry textbook instruction on neuroanatomy.
