Soil contains 25% of the world's biodiversity. The underground community of roots, arthropods, fungi, bacteria and other organisms ensures that the soil is full of nutrients and healthy. It is cared for by farmers practicing regenerative agriculture, community garden owners, university researchers and children in kindergarten. Everyone is trying to use and support the natural diversity of the soil, which is presented in the documentary with unique shots from below the surface, time-lapse photographs and simple "digging" in the dirt and looking for earthworms.
