In the previous film, the genius hacker and murderer Urano successfully escaped from prison. Now, he has come to Korea at the request of the anti-government group "Mugunghwa," which aims to prevent an upcoming Japan-Korea summit. Soo Min, a member of Mugunghwa, is assigned to monitor Urano but gradually feels a sense of kinship and attraction towards him. Meanwhile, Detective Kagaya, who previously captured Urano, faces him again in his new role within the Japanese cabinet.
This is the final installment in the film series based on the bestselling novel Stolen Identity. As the setting expands to Korea, the scale of the story also grows larger. The intriguing dynamic between Urano and Kagaya, who have been adversaries in previous films, remains compelling. In this installment, the focus on the villain Urano reveals hidden aspects of his character, adding another layer of intrigue. This film also marks the movie debut of popular idol singer KWON Eunbi, showcasing her new charms.
