Rencontres offers visitors an accelerated experience of humanity's trajectories through a shortcut of the Anthropocene. The experience places visitors in the grips of impossible situations that they know and that they will be able to push to their limits, to find the thread of a solution when they least expect it. Indeed, at the epilogue, in front of each person in the audience, there is someone who looks a lot like them, every second a little more, down to the tone of their voice. Who is this other like me, who seems to invite me to reconnect with myself first, and to be attentive to the living? On the uncertain in-between of the infinite expanse of water where visitors virtually evolve, each according to their history, their culture and their trajectory then makes their own interpretation of the experience.
