“I'm Fine” is a deeply personal story about dealing with depression, anxiety and the never-ending journey of healing. It's about the daily struggles to stay afloat, to find some stability. Many people are struggling with mental health issues these days and I believe it's crucial to talk about this issue to combat the stigma surrounding it. To make people feel less alone in their struggles. Through a series of visual metaphors, I aim to explain the symptoms of depression and anxiety to those who have never experienced these issues.
