A comedy about the delights and dangers of Alpine sports made with a mix of animation and documentary footage that at times reduces the real image to silhouettes – making them match, in a sometimes almost eerily exact fashion, with the paper cut-out. A collaboration between Reiniger and Austrian-born amateur avant-garde filmmaker Alex Strasser.
