This is not ordinary bread. It is derma bread. It is used to simulate skin surgeries and train depth perception. A short experimental documentary by artist and scientist Kaisu Koski presents a speculative surgical simulator. In her work and research, Koski deals with the relationship between humans and what is not human, climate change and vaccine rejection.
