"By Hand" is a short poetic-documentary filmed on location in the Taleggio Valley of Italy. It follows the birth of Taleggio cheese from milk to block, from local co-op to curing facility, and all the hands it passes through on the way. This was completed during the 2019 Ecopoetics Workshop residency, in association with NAHR, in Sottochiesa, Italy.
