As Mustafa, a troubled former running champion, seizes his last chance to purchase residency papers through a shady dealer, he encounters ambitious young Reda, who dreams of a singing career in a European country. While Mustafa clings to his final lifeline, he witnesses Reda succumb to the system that once shattered his own dreams.
