Ama-ron is an experimental hybrid documentary asking Filipinos across the diaspora to consider what has been erased due to colonization, loss in collective memory, and what we feel from our ancestral rituals of land stewardship and eco-protection.
Scored by a sound collage of rich soundscapes of our tropical forests, our biodiverse lands and our oceans, we’ll hear both environmental and cultural researchers paired with what we indigenously know in our bones.
