Agronomists as revolutionaries who sought political change through scientific work

Amílcar Cabral (Guinea-Bissau, Africa), Nikolai Vavilov (Soviet Union), and Pandurang Khankhoje (India, Mexico) resisted the status quo through their research, with slow hope, to envision long term solutions to food security, reclaiming human dignity, and political freedoms.
